Is my account active right after signing up?
Not yet. Every registration is reviewed by the NEO PAYMENT GATEWAY admin first. No complicated paperwork is needed; once your registration is approved, the account is active and you can start accepting payments.

What payment methods are supported?
QRIS (payable from any bank or e-wallet app that supports QRIS, e.g. GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay) and Bank Transfer to the destination account shown on the payment page. Payments are matched automatically; if one does not match, our admin reviews it.

Is 5% fee expensive?
The 5% fee is only deducted from successful transactions — no sign-up fee and no monthly fee, so you pay nothing until you have transactions. To match payments automatically, buyers pay the invoice amount plus a unique code (Rp 1 to Rp 9.999). The unique code belongs to NEO PAYMENT GATEWAY and is not added to your balance; the 5% fee is calculated from the total paid by the buyer. Compare it with your transaction volume before choosing.

I don't understand technical stuff, can I use NEO PAYMENT GATEWAY?
Yes. Choose the Ready-Made Setup package (Rp 500.000 one-time) — we install and configure the NEO module on your hosting, then test until payments succeed. We answer your questions on WhatsApp.

Is it safe for my business?
We use industry-standard safeguards: HTTPS connection, API request signatures, API keys you can regenerate anytime, and activity logs in the dashboard to monitor transactions. No system is 100% immune, so keep your API key secret.
