NEO PAYMENT GATEWAY is a payment gateway service provider that facilitates online payment transactions between merchants and customers using QRIS payment method.
Merchants must use the service in compliance with applicable Indonesian laws. It is prohibited to use the service for illegal transactions, fraud, or activities that violate the law.
Merchants are fully responsible for account security, including maintaining the confidentiality of API Key and Secret Key. Any activity that occurs using your account is your responsibility.
Service fees will be communicated transparently. NEO PAYMENT GATEWAY reserves the right to change the fee structure with prior notice to merchants.
NEO PAYMENT GATEWAY reserves the right to suspend or terminate merchant accounts without notice if fraud, legal violations, or terms of service violations are detected.
NEO PAYMENT GATEWAY is not responsible for losses arising from transactions between merchants and customers. Merchants are fully responsible for products/services sold.
NEO PAYMENT GATEWAY reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be notified via email or dashboard notifications.
